Friday February 22, 2008 by Antonio ParedesIt is very unfortunate to find videos like this where you see the irresponsibility of some parents or guardians who allow this type of behavior and vices in a child.
This seems shocking video of Eastern Europe. The look of child and adult behavior should not fit in this way reprehensible.

I understand the alarm that wakes up to see a video of this guy ... but there is little that I can do, besides not seeing the video in question (and not this kind of news, which does not mean ignore it). In fact I do not think that their parents may be 'criminal' to leave, enabling them to control who your child smoke.
However, child pornography, which is much worse than this sort of thing, if we can do something to notify the authorities any hint of child pornography, leaving exposed the perpetrators and their sites and, of course, the depraved consuming such things.
